Those figures are on the extreme high side. We did our Shoretel install for less than $500 per handset total cost (server, licensing, installation, training, etc.).

Hi Guy, Sorry for delay on this, I was on vacation :) UC Basic does integrate with AD if you have the Active Directory Integration software running on your MCD platform.
